Chief Santucci has been the chief of the Berkeley Township Police Department since 2021. He holds a masters degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh-Dickinson University since 2019.  He is a graduate of the NJSACOP Command and Leadership Academy and the Deputy Emergency Management Coordinator. 

Chief Burnaford is the chief of the Harvey Cedars Police Department since 2016. He holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He currently serves as the Emergency Management Coordinator.

Chief Carroll is the chief of the Barnegat Township Police Department. He retired from the United States Coast Guard in 2012 after 23 years of service. He holds a Masters Degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy 296th Session.

Chief Antonio Ellis is the chief of the Manchester Township Police Department. He was appointed in 2024 after 24 years of service. He holds a master’s degree in administrative science from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a 2018 Graduate of the New Jersey Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Academy. He serves the Director of Public Safety for Manchester Township where he oversees Police Communications, paid EMS and Career Fire/ Volunteer Fire within the Township. He is also an ACTAR Accredited Crash Reconstructionist.
